We had a great weekend. It was the opening ceremonies of Little League. This is a picture of all 69 teams this year. I will get a picture this weekend of the boys together. The day started at 730 with Tab going to set up the fields and everything. Opening day was cool we had all 896 players there. There was a pro baseball player there his name was Chris Latham and he is a former Yankee BOO. Anyway, Cole played his first game of the season he won 13-9 and played catcher and first, he only let one ball past him at catcher. He is doing great, Grandad you should come and umpire a game. Anyway I will send another blog soon. We miss you guys and have a great week!!!!!

Baseball is for the birds. Soccer is where what cool people play. Is the whole Shurtleff family going to hate me now? Anyhow, good job Cole! Catcher and Center field are the best positions!
