Happy birthday Lecia

You are beautiful, sweet, funny and neat! She's such a responsible mom, especially now that Alex is a teenager. She probably got that from babysitting us when we were little, she practically ran the house while both our parents worked. I will never be able to repay you, even though I watched alex during the summers - I got paid to do it. You are a great part of our lives. We love you. Don't worry i will remove the shake face picture soon. Happy Birthday to Adam on the 29th last month. I am so forgetful.

Mom is an angel

Mom and dad went to the Manti Pageant and dad took this picture with his phone and emailed it to me. I think everyone would agree that mom is an angel. This picture is proof. How did we ever get so lucky to have her?

Pinewood Derby Champs

Hey Family. Today was out Pinewood Derby for our scout troop. What a fun night we had. I am proud to tell you that you have a 3 time champ in your family. Cole won the races again this year. Three years in a row. He won as a wolf and bear and a webelo. Clay won 2nd place 2 years in a row also. The boys and Tad make a great car making team.

End of a GREAT season

What a fun baseball season we had this year. Clays last game was yesterday and he lost the good fight. He played against the Cubs and he hit a triple. It was beautiful. The ball floated down the 1st base line and into the hole. He brought in 2 players and put him on 3rd. Nice!!!
Cole has been done for about a week. They finished in the 1st round of the tournament too. He had a great season. He played Catcher and 2nd base. He really learned alot about paying attention to the game. I am glad we had some good coaches on Cole's team. Coach Robert was awesome and was very patient. Tad also coached this year and he has fallen in love with all the boys and is sad to know they will not be playing anymore. Anyway. I'm glad we did it but I am glad it is over....

SUPERMAN!!!!

Even though he is a super hero, he still gets old. What an amazing addition to the shurtleff-fam. Trevor is wonderful. Just like another brother, except he never got me in a leg lock and made me pee my pants (Thanks Tad!!) Plus, he is super lucky to have won the heart of Jill. Definately takes a super hero to deserve a precious gem like my sister! Love you forever!
